Delivery Policy
Delivery is currently available only in Manhattan.
Delivery fee is $15.
... and we are unable to leave your order with a doorman or in the package room, we will do our best to enter the building and leave your order in front of your door and call you/text you/leave you a message.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact within 24 hours so we can take the appropriate action.
If your flowers arrive damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us via email to amberjustchic@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will deliver a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures and your order number.
If the order is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery or pick up date, a full refund will be issued. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery or pick up time, we are unable to cancel the order.
Depending on the season, market conditions and availability, we might need to substitute some of the elements of the design and arrangement (flowers, greens, containers, wrapping). We will, however, always guarantee the outmost quality and design and any substitution will be of equal or higher value.
